Add Debug Console access for AIs with Search

Right now no AI can find the debug console. If there is actually a tool for this, I haven't found it, and none of them can find it for me.

They need to be able to read the Debug Console and get the logs and do grep style searching as well on the debug console. Please add this to the built in vs code mcp tooling.
