Steps to Reproduce:

1. Any Cline write tools calls now freeze Cline/error.
2. We (Cline) attempted several times to create a super-logger to capture events, all builds of super-logger failed.
3. external Agents Gemma4, Qwen/Qwen3.5, OmniCoder have all attempted to advise, assist Cline, and diagnose.
4. extensive histories/notes for Cline self-diagnosis/ and self-repair.
5. extensive testing of alternate approaches, methods, and workarounds resulting in Cline's constrained functionality.
6. this is at Cline's request, to create an issue report, rather than report issue feature.
7. read_file errors caused: data loss, overwritten. Desktop wiped.
8. diagnosis and repair efforts destroyed the previous environment, i am typing from a fresh OS.
9. related ~ "Error: Dependency is not satisfiable: libglib2.0-0 (>=2.37.3)" (now resolved. issue persists).
