Can't Click Send or Hit Enter to Start a New Chat!

- Copilot Chat Extension Version: latest
- VS Code Version: 1.1333.0
- OS Version: Windows 11 Home 25H2
- Feature (e.g. agent/edit/ask mode): agent
- Selected model (e.g. GPT 4.1, Claude 3.7 Sonnet): auto
- Logs: (Not sure how to get, doesn't seem to matter since nothing is happening when I click.

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Open VSCode
2. Click in the chat agent text area
3. Enter text like "hello"
4. Click the Send (^) button or hit enter

I've tried signing out and back in using my github account, closing and re-opening the app, neither seemed to work. This is rough! I basically can't use github copilot in vscode at all.

Also tried opening a new chat window, and new chat editor, not just using the sidebar, same issue.

Tried selecting code first, also does not seem to make a difference.
