Agents Window - Customization: Plugins updated not working correctly

Type: Bug

I have a repository with package containing skills (https://github.com/i-m-luke/ai-dev-tools-common). I can install the plugin using "Customization" window, but 'Update Plugins' operation does not update the local version to the remote version.

It works better when using local folder instead of remote repo, but the Agents Window restart is required (without it e.g. list of skills is not updated).
