Custom Title Bar does not render in fullscreen on macOS (1.133.0)

Type: Bug

Steps to Reproduce:

On macOS, with window.titleBarStyle: "custom" and window.customTitleBarVisibility: "auto"
Enter fullscreen (Ctrl+Cmd+F)
Custom title bar (showing folder/file name) does not appear
View → Appearance → Custom Title Bar shows as unchecked while in fullscreen and does not toggle on when clicked
Exiting fullscreen restores the title bar normally

Expected: Custom title bar should render in fullscreen when customTitleBarVisibility is set to auto (or always), as in previous versions.

Actual: Title bar is completely absent in fullscreen; toggling "Custom Title Bar" from the View → Appearance menu has no effect while fullscreen is active.
