Automations: Migrate to new chat input widget

The automations dialog uses the workbench chat input part due to the new chat input widget absolutely requiring a session to exist in order to use it. It did not make sense for a form field to have a backing session, but rearchitecting the new chat input widget to not require a backing session is more complex

The automation dialog should use the new chat input widget so all pickers are as expected.
