Duplicate models and providers appear in the GitHub Copilot provider selector.

Description

I updated VS Code to the latest version, and a duplicate model selector for my Copilot subscription is appearing.

Expected behavior

I would expect a single selector to appear, based on the models included in my subscription.

Could you check why this is happening, or let me know which setting to disable or remove to prevent it?
