Description

Type: Bug

A new tab (non-existing file) will ignore the User and Workspace settings and instead uses the default setting.

For example: detect indentation at false is ignored.
When I paste a code snippet, the indent changes from my settings to what the code snippet is using.

OS version: Windows_NT x64 10.0.26200
