Incorrect tokens usage count in Agent Debug logs

Description
Does this issue occur when all extensions are disabled?: Yes/No
- VS Code Version: 1.132.0
- OS Version: MacOS Tahoe 26.6.1
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Have any conversation with Copilot Agent
2. Open Agent Debug Logs and check token usage
3. Now do "/usage" and compare the results.
4. The results don't match
For example, in my specific example agent Debug Logs shows Input tokens as 0 which is not true!
While results from /usage seems OK.
Question: What could be the reason of Agent debug logs not showing correct view?
