cannot install from allowed marketplace

have it in my settings to allow it from this spot but it got this error instead. One note too is that once I press enter, the popup doesn't go away, maybe more a design decision than anything

Start by reproducing the marketplace installation flow described in #329614 with the marketplace allowed in Settings, and inspect the attached screenshot for the reported error. Compare the behavior after pressing Enter, including whether the popup closes. Done means an allowed marketplace installation succeeds and the popup has the intended dismissal behavior.
