Description
When a user hits their Copilot credit limit in the Agents window and they're already signed into ChatGPT, we could offer the ability to continue the session in the Codex harness.
We support Continue in... in the Editor window and this could be a good use case for supporting it in Agents as we work towards a better multi harness story.
