"revealFileInOS" - doesn't work within devcontainer

Type: Bug

Use a devcontainer (windows -> docker using wsl -> devcontainer), then use a keybinding to attempt "revealFileInOS". Nothing happens.

The keybinding works when I am not inside a devcontainer.

The context menu entry "Reveal in file explorer" entry is also absent when within a devcontainer.

Whatever fixed this issue https://github.com/microsoft/vscode/issues/299491 may be part of the first step for fixing this?
