Markdown Preview - Extend options to Open Preview to the Left & Right (auto splitting the panes)

Currently you only provide an open preview over experience as opposed to a more useful open alongside experience
Therefore it would be good to Extend the options to that Open Preview provides to add Open Preview to the Left & Right, as well as Above & Below

Note - This is when you Right-click an open markdown file

Where it says Open Preview this should also have a slide option underneath similar to this menu

Whilst, I could offer to submit a PR for this, I don't currently have the time to spend on the cycles needed on this as ts isn't a language I've got reasonable level of prior comfort in atm & der are other more pressing things that I need to work on at this time.
