Commit Message Editor Fails when moved to different window

Type: Bug

Make a change to a file under source control
Go to Source Control Ctrl+Shift+G
Click Commit with an empty message so you get the commit message editor
Move the commit message editor to another window
Write and save a commit message
Click Commit in the commit message editor windows
You will get a notification that the commit was canceled due to an empty commit message
