Terminal trash icon intermittently disappears from tab toolbar

## Description
The trash/delete icon in the integrated terminal tab toolbar sometimes disappears. In the attached/observed state, the terminal tab shows the task title (`1: express-app:dev (Task)`) and other toolbar controls, but the trash icon is missing intermittently.

## Expected behavior
The trash/delete terminal action should remain visible and available consistently when a terminal tab is active.

## Actual behavior
The trash icon sometimes disappears from the terminal toolbar, leaving no obvious delete action in that location.

## Reproducibility
Intermittent. I do not have a reliable minimal repro yet.

## Screenshot context
The issue was observed in the integrated terminal tab/header area, next to controls such as the split/dropdown, overflow menu, maximize/fullscreen, and close buttons.
