Risk assessment dialog box covers proposed code.

Type: Bug

Ask the ai agent in a chat window to do just about anything by command line. This shows you what the agent wrote, with a scrollbar if it's long, and then a 'risk assessment' appears as a footer. However, the height of the original scrollbox does not shorten, so the last line or two of the proposed command are now not viewable(!), because the summary/assessment is covering them and it is not dismissable until 'allow' or 'skip' has been chosen.
