copilot chat(open in new window) can not show any command

Type: Bug

I have docked the Copilot Chat panel to the right secondary sidebar. Within this sidebar chat box, entering a forward slash (/) in the input field successfully displays all available slash commands (including /skills, /compact, etc.).
The issue occurs when I right‑click an item in the chat history and choose Open In New Window: in this standalone chat window, typing / does not populate or show any slash‑command suggestions whatsoever.
