VS Code version: 1.132.0 (x64, Windows)
Copilot chat extension: 0.60.0 (bundled)
Steps to reproduce:
1. Open a .md file
2. Reopen Editor With Hybrid Markdown Editor (hybrid)
3. Select text and "Add Comment" is not appearing, even not with right click
Expected: A new comment is popping up and an agent can act on it.
Actual: Nothing happens (no error UI, no comment created).
