Add option to sort extensions view with available updates first

I'd like an option to sort the extensions that have an update available first. Not sure if it matters but I have disabled automatic updates (`extensions.autoUpdate` = `off`)

I think after I install an update manually the list is no longer sorted by this. By default it initially shows them first but after I've updated a few I have to go through the list again.
