"Hide Agent Sessions Sidebar" not always working

Description
The application sometimes gets in a state where clicking on the "Hide Agent Sessions Sidebar" button doesn't actually open the sidebar. Note that this is in the Editor Window. See the video below. Make sure to watch the whole thing because it shows several different behaviors.
