Testing #328440
This is the dictation in the editor. Right now, it's "sign of listening" is just that it is present and it is flashing blue & black. I think it should be consistent with what's in the chat view.
At least show some sort of motion that way it's easy for folks to see who maybe see blue & black as the same color.
