my vscode updated to version 1.131 automatically, i got a new ui and it was so laggy, super laggy, everything was so slow, to resizing windows, panels, to typing, everything was suttering like playing a videogame on low fps, but it wasnt consistents, it was all over the place... I turned it off (Workbench > Experimental: Modern UI) and >Developer: Reload Window, and now its fixed, back to normal
