Subsessions should have the same permission level as parent session

I ask an agent (with "allow all) to create subsessions but the created subsessions are "default approvals" making me approve tools for those subsessions.

If we want to be cautious, we could introduce a setting "subsessionsInheritApprovalLevel" and show UI asking the user in the parent session if user would like subsessions to inherit the approval level - once / in this session / always.
