nightly build lost text zoom

Steps to Reproduce:
1. either use keyboard shortcuts or look in the menus

the option to do text zoom is gone in the latest nightly.
i was trying to use my keyboard shortcut and it wasnt working..i tought it was a keyboard layout, but when i looked in the menus, that option was gone
