MCP servers seem to be duplicated from multiple plugins

I have multiple plugins installed which happen to have the same MCP servers, and therefore I end up with multiple MCP definitions that are just duplicates of each other. I don't really understand the UX, and I don't really know where they come from in the MCP server UI. Notice in the image below, I have multiple Slack MCP servers in the workspace, but none of them actually come from the workspace. Right-clicking and opening for a location sometimes works, but even when it does work, it points to a plugin, not the workspace.
