GitHub Copilot chat responses constantly stalling

Responses from models are stalling mid-way: just **stopping for minutes at a time** in the middle of a sentence before later continuing and completing.

This is happening more and more frequently over the past few days — now on almost every response.

It happens with Claude Sonnet 5, Claude Opus 5, and GPT-5.6 Terra at least.

This is burning up my time (which `==` money).
