Research direction
The issue provides no source file, entry point, or test to begin with; it only describes enabling named AI models for selected users under a GitHub Copilot Business subscription. First identify the VS Code/Copilot integration and the configuration or service responsible for model availability, then define how per-user selection and verification should work before implementation.
Written by the indexing model from the issue text.
