Description

The bug report template for this repo says the following in one of its comments:
> 💡 Instead of creating your report here, use 'Report Issue' from the 'Help' menu in VS Code to pre-fill useful information.

There is no such option in the "help" menu.

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Open VSCode
2. Open the "Help" menu

Expected result: There is a "Report Issue" button in the menu
Actual result: There is not.

Or, alternatively, you can change the issue template to not mention this non-existent option.
