Ctrl+drag to copy in explorer not working on Wayland (1.130.0 regression)

Hi. I switched to Wayland a week ago and noticed that, Explorer tab doesn't let me to Ctrl+drag and drop (for copying files and folders). Mouse cursor also doesn't show + on it. But in x11 session, that is not an issue, it works. I've started x11 session and tried it (not ozone, restarted ubuntu with x11. --ozone or

"ELECTRON_OZONE_PLATFORM_HINT=x11 code --ozone-platform=x11"

doesn't help in Wayland.
