VSCode Unusable After Restarting

Type: Bug

VSCode failed to launch about 10x in a row. It succeeded once when I tried, my github account was disconnected, all my extensions weren't functional. I keep getting told to "Finish Set-up" but that errors out. Trying to install an update hangs with "Help -> Check for update". Running the Setup.exe also hangs forever. Uninstalled and tried to reinstall and that also hung forever.
