Option to not open the git repo.

Type: Feature Request

Visual Studio scans directories outside the root of an opened file to find a git repository. When it finds one, it asks if I want it to be opened. The options presented are "Yes", "Always" and "Never".

I can close the popup of course, but it'd be cleaner if there was a "No" option.
