Can't update API key if I don't have more than one provider

So basically I found out that I cannot update the API key of a provider for VS code chat if I don't have multiple ones because it won't show me the grouping which I can then select the settings for if I only had one
I don't have an active subscription so maybe this is why it's not showing me the groups because the only group that I have is open router the only way I was able to fix this is by just trying to create another group for open router and when I did that it actually showed me the grouping which allowed me to edit the settings of the previous one to update the API key
So keep this in mind because it was really frustrating and I've only accidentally stumbled on this solution by accident
