In Agents window, multi-diff view, the `Viewed` button needs some improvements

Description
I am able to view the "Viewed" button in the Agents window, but it needs some improvements.
1. Right now, it only seems to change color upon clicking. This isn't enough to meet accessibility standards. A checkbox would be better.
2. Clicking the button does nothing but toggle the color. It ought to collapse the file in question, like PR reviews on GitHub.com do.
