When running C++ code, VS Code automatically navigates to the MinGW bin directory to run it

When running C++ code, VS Code automatically navigates to the MinGW bin directory to run it, which results in the code switching back to the mingw/bin directory after execution, which is very inconvenient. Also, clicking "run" on Python is consistently unresponsive. I hope these issues can be improved and optimized; the user experience is extremely poor.Thank you very much for your help.
