Outline panel -- give some visual feedback/control about items scope

Context: I'm editing a c# program.

Request: I'd like the "outline" panel to somehow show what scope (internal, private, protected, ...) each item has. And also, it'd be nice to somehow have the possibility of adjusting the level of visibility in that view (only public, +internal, +protected, everything)
