Testing #326540
1. Tell model to create 2 MD documents in Agents window
2. Make changes to one, but don't save (make sure auto-save mode is turned off in settings)
3. Switch session
4. Come back to the first session
You will see markdown editor rendered in the tab header.
Also switching away keeps the unsaved document opened.
