Using alt to debug a test no longer works

Type: Bug

Previously, I could hold alt while clicking on the ▷ gutter button in order to debug a test. Holding alt still changes the icon to the debug version of ▷, but it no longer works, instead doing the equivalent of "Add conditional breakpoint".
