Scroll bar resets in agent chat tabwhen toggling different tabs

Type: Bug

1. Open a new chat and pull it into the main editor area, then have a lengthy conversation
2. Create a new tab with the plus sign top right, then go back to the previous chat tab, it resets
3. Sometimes it resets to the very top of the chat, sometimes in some random spot but never where you leave it
