Copilot Chat Sessions list missing Claude Agent SDK sessions after updating to latest release.

### Description

Claude Agent SDK sessions are no longer listed in the sessions list after updating from 1.129.0 to 1.129.1. I am able to see new sessions created with the SDK, but prior sessions are missing. The old sessions are still on disk, and new chats can see them as 'in the workspace'. I am using Remote SSH from a windows client into a linux host, and using `ms-vscode.vscode-claude-sdk` for the latest sdk with `github.copilot.chat.claudeAgent.useSdkExtension` enabled in my vscode user settings.
