Stuck at 8000ms

when extension loads crashing Visucla Studio Code Loop. have to disable for it to work. before was okay, but suddenly on startup started crashing, don't kno w how to fix. dont want to lose any chat history or memory.. i need co pilot as it's helping me solve issues,.
