Description
On macOS
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Run Chat: Report issue
2. Click record video
3. Get a dialog to enable permissions
4. Enable the permissions and restart VS Code
5. Try again
6. Get a dialog to allow something else (I don't recall exactly)
7. Allow it
8. Record video flashes when clicked but nothing happens
