Cache data grows beyond ridiculous

Type: Bug

I have been lazy over the years to report this.
VSC stores information in folders such as
Cache, CachedData, Code Cache, User\History just to name a few.

The issue, is that there is no way to clean these all up. Within just a few days these folders grow extremely large.
I cannot believe no one has implemented a cleanup on all the things is saves. This is a terrible solution especially for backups.
