[Copilot] Chat shouldn't hide its response to the prompt

Description
see following screenshot for the chat: notice that the agent executed a task but doesn't have answers to my prompts.
If we expand the tasks, the last line of the task are actually a good answer to the prompt, we shouldn't hide/collapse it in the first place:
