Set active hours in copilot chat

I would like to have a feature on vs code copilot chat which helps me set the active hours to be able to use copilot as i am feeling the agent mode is very addictive and using it too much is causing lot of distraction for other tasks at hand. The feature should allow some setting via which user can set the time limits to interact with the models idf outside of the set hours, user should be able to configure wht should happen like show a warning message or disable the model api calls as per user configuration
