Description
Custom agents with model: Ollama BYOK model (selfagency-opilot vendor) fail when invoked as subagent with "missing a thought_signature in functionCall parts". The model works in main session but not as subagent. Ollama models should be supported in subagents since VS Code autocomplete proposes them in the model field
