"reveal in file explorer" does nothing on deletes, the diff tab is useless too

### Description

Delete the file in git, look at source control panel on it.
It's impossible to open file explorer to the folder where the file was deleted from, despite the folder still being there.
The diff tab of the file doesn't have "reveal in file explorer" at all.
The diff tab has D:\ > blah > blah > deleted.file and each of the parts underlines on hover and looks like it reacts to clicks but nothing's actually happening, there's no context menu and doubleclicking clicking does nothing.
