Does this issue occur when all extensions are disabled?: Yes
- VS Code Version: 1.129.0-insider
- OS Version: macOS26.5.2
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Use [fish shell](https://fishshell.com/) as the integrated shell
2. Use tab to auto complete shell command
Besides, it is strange that zsh auto completion works well.
