Using the maximizing button after minimizing causes the window distort and loose window decorations

Type: Bug

on ChromeOS Linux (crostini) press the minimize button. Manually change the shape of the window and then pressing the maximize button again. The window will be streched in one direction, and will clip outside of the screen (it looses the window decorations). Doing "Alt + ]" and "Alt + [" fix the issue, but there is not way to maximize again without going into the distored mode (Alt + = does nothing).
