Copilot chat feedback

Type: Bug

This is extremely annoying, if user attaches a bunch of selections from files in codebase, the attached selections cannot be moved from the current thread, it's not possible to copy them, click the enter button while pressing shift to open the message in a new chat does not move the selections to the new chat. the only way to move them is to manually add them to the new chat one by one.
