Agent stops with no answer given

### Description

It has been happening to me for a while already; and I've been updating the version frequently and it's still an issue.

So, I ask questions, the agent starts processing and commenting about some progress, and suddently it stops. And then, if you ask a follow up question about why there is no answer, two things might happen:

1. The little grey-out thinking text suggests that an answer was given but the user wants more details, or along those lines.
2. The apparently lost response appears suddenly in the chat, populating it as if it was always there.
